Aureo Clinic
Puerto Punta Portals, Edificio D4, Planta 1, 07181 Portals Nous, Calvià.
Aureo Clinic is a fully incorporated, VAT registered company from Spain and supports a range of medical, dental and cosmetological products and services. We accept payments only to accounts in the name of Aureo Clinic (Paypal and Santander).
Some of the most relevant conditions are transcribed below:
Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce).
Through our website, we exclusively supply our “gift cards”, which will serve as a means of payment for any of the treatments we offer at the clinic. In any instance, placing an order in which we are the supplier and you are the buyer implies that a legal contract is entered into which is covered by the terms and conditions described on this page. Some websites work through a third party who accepts your payment, but Aureo Clinic executes the order. In these cases it is established that this is the situation at the time of purchase and the third party accepts payment, takes over various legal obligations and issues an invoice. They will then become our customers by agreeing to fulfil the order for them.
Our websites.
The content, graphics, design and photos are the property of Aureo Clinic and the result of many investments made by the company and its employees. Exceptions to this may be cases where we license the use of technology, photos or text. We will fight vigorously to protect the ownership of our content. Before using our content, consider how often we review our competitors’ sites and materials. Our legal response will not be long in coming. We try to keep our content as up to date and accurate as possible, however due to the human condition and the fact that information can change faster than it could be updated, it must be accepted that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of our published content. We have a common sense policy of asking you to contact us if you see something that you believe to be incorrect or incomplete.
Return, refund, cancellation and minimum age policy.
Our fair and reasonable refund policy.
We aim to keep published information about our services and products clear and accurate, and we aim to deliver on the promises we make in our sales literature. If you as the buyer have carefully considered your purchase, you should receive what you envisage within the agreed period. At this point most buyers have achieved their objectives and started a happy and productive use of their purchase. However, there is occasionally an exception. These exceptions fall into two categories, defective or damaged products and unwanted products.
Defective or damaged products.
We try to ensure that all our goods arrive in good condition. Our products are shipped with a type of registered mail or courier service. When you sign for the receipt of a parcel please confirm with the delivery person what you are signing for. If you sign to say that the goods have been received in apparent good condition, we would not expect the package to be signed for if it appears to be crushed, visibly broken or damp, for example. In this case we ask that you do not sign for the product so that the courier services will then resend the product and we will arrange for a replacement. If a part of your order is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, or repair it free of charge or offer you a full refund depending on the nature of the problem and the product. We will discuss the available options with you. We ask that you inform us within 30 calendar days of receipt if such an exchange is necessary, although we accept that it will take a reasonable time for us to receive the goods back. We are always happy to discuss an amicable solution to such problems. For items that are not faulty or damaged, but simply ‘unwanted’, please read below. This does not affect your legal rights.
Unwanted products.
If for any reason you change your mind about an item you have ordered please inform us as soon as possible. Our interpretation of the law states that if you make an online purchase with us, and later change your mind you can actually return it. This Regulation states that from the next working day after you receive the goods you have 7 working days to inform us if you have changed your mind and wish to return them. Naturally, it is accepted that after informing us it will take a reasonable amount of time for the goods to reach us. As a gesture of goodwill to our customers and patients we extend this refund offer for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and are happy to talk to anyone wishing to return goods outside that time period as well. In all cases the following rules apply:
1. The goods must be returned to us, at our clinic in Palma de Mallorca at your own expense.
2. We accept that there will be a slight delay from the time you advise us of your intention to return the goods until actual receipt of the goods.
3. We expect the items to be returned in good and unused condition, with the packaging and all components. In particular, this means that you will return the goods in a condition that would allow Aureo Clinic to resell them as new. You will then be refunded the amount paid for that product, excluding fair and reasonable shipping and handling charges. These conditions and our goodwill gesture to extend the return period for unwanted goods to 30 days does not affect your Legal Rights. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied within 30 days of placing your order, you can return it for the price you paid, minus shipping charges. You do not have to give any reason for the return, but the products should be in their original condition. In the case of a defective product, we can exchange it or offer a refund.

They need to know your name and delivery address, but they will not have any other details, not even the contents of the packages unless it is for export and is necessary for any kind of customs declaration, but it will only be used for that purpose. Personal information will be confirmed with you via email or telephone when we receive notification of your payment or draft. Methods of payment to Aureo Clinic.
We aim to be as flexible as possible in relation to payment methods to make your purchase as simple as possible. We always try to fulfil all purchases of all published items as quickly as possible, but remember that sending us a payment arbitrarily does not guarantee that we know who you are, what you are ordering or that we will be able to execute your order immediately. Receipt of a payment does not oblige us to comply with the order or request as we reserve the right to refund your payment if circumstances warrant.
Payment via Paypal.
Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Payments can be made after choosing products from our sites or by sending payment directly to us. You will need to send a separate email to the same address stating what the payment is for.
Payment by credit card.
We accept payments with the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, American Express. We choose to do this through Paypal because they act as an intermediary and therefore we do not need to know your payment card details. Paypal terms and conditions can be found here.
Cash payments.
Cash payments can be received at our clinic in Palma de Mallorca during our opening hours.
Invoices and Receipts.
If we receive payment in cash, a receipt will be issued to you on the spot. Within 30 days of receiving your full and final payment, we will send you a hard copy of the invoice by regular mail. A PDF copy of your invoice can usually also be emailed to you within one or two days of your full and final payment if you request it or if we consider it appropriate.
Place Orders.
When you place an order online with Aureo Clinic, you must pay via Paypal, bank transfer or credit card. You will receive an email confirming your order and the delivery details of the items you have purchased. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time and to refund in full any payment made.
Delivery Policies.
Within 2 days after confirmation of your payment, your order will be sent by post. This service is included in the price you pay and there are no cash on delivery payments or import debts on your part. We cover shipping insurance, so your responsibility begins at the time you sign for receipt in the mail. For this reason we insist that you make an inspection of the package upon delivery, and refuse delivery if it has been damaged en route.
VAT and Prices.
Unless otherwise stated, the price you see is the price you pay. This includes VAT where applicable. If you are outside the European Union we can export the product for you to receive it. In this case, all import taxes in place along with all associated costs will be at your expense.
